1. About Us

Lunar Nest Pty Ltd (“Lunar Nest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Sydney-based construction and prefabricated housing provider. We supply ready-built capsule homes for residential, commercial, and community use across Australia.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with Lunar Nest or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times

3. Product Information

All product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and subject to change without notice. Minor variations in finish, layout, or features may occur due to manufacturing updates or improvements.

Please confirm all key specifications prior to placing your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before delivery.
• Lunar Nest reserves the right to update prices at any time before a contract is signed.
• Late payments may result in delays to delivery or cancellation of your order.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on production queue, weather, or site access.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible, safe, and properly prepared.
• Installation services are not included unless specified in writing.
• Additional fees may apply for regional or hard-to-reach locations, craning, or complex site conditions.

6. Site Requirements

Customers must ensure that the proposed installation site:

• Complies with local council zoning and regulations
• Has sufficient access for delivery vehicles and installation equipment
• Is level, compacted, and ready for placement (unless agreed otherwise)

Failure to prepare the site may result in delivery delays and additional charges.

7. Planning & Approvals

You are responsible for obtaining any required planning or building approvals from your local council or governing authority. While we provide documentation to assist with this process, we do not guarantee approval.

Lunar Nest is not liable for any costs, delays, or rejections arising from council or regulatory requirements.

8. Warranties

We offer a structural warranty of [Insert Warranty Period] from the date of delivery, covering major defects due to manufacturing or material faults. This excludes:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, poor site preparation, or unauthorised modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or lack of maintenance

Warranty terms may vary by model and will be specified in your purchase agreement.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Because our products are built-to-order, cancellations after production has begun may not be refunded. If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately in writing. A cancellation fee may apply.

Due to the nature of prefabricated structures, returns are not accepted except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Nest will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Council approval issues
• Customer-supplied installation errors or site access failures

Our total liability shall be limited to the total price paid for the relevant product or service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and product layouts, remains the intellectual property of Lunar Nest and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy Policy

By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
